He's not going to LSU, which means it's almost certain he will sign with Tulane tomorrow.

Keep this to yourselves because the source he told this to (not me) has not been freed to release the information. LSU offensive coordinator Cam Cameron offered him a scholarship before he committed there the first time, but Les Miles had not authorized Cameron to offer the scholarship and some other LSU coaches were hopping mad. That explains why he committed--it seemed fishy that a player would jump the gun before he was actually offered. LSU then came back with an offer for him to grayshirt or be a preferred walk-on but refused to offer him a scholarship for this class.

That was not good enough for Moreau. He did not say he was going to Tulane, but the Wave has been his clear No. 2 choice and he liked his official visit.

If Moreau joins the fold, Tulane will have hit on two of the three guys it needed at the end while still waiting for word from Hunter Dale.
