The World Championship will be broadcast on the dedicated Sky Sports Darts channel, with highlights on Sky Sports Main Event. Coverage begins on Sunday, 15 December at 6.30pm, with afternoon sessions at 12.30pm and evening sessions at 7pm taking place for most the tournament.
When does the tournament take place?
The tournament is being held at Alexandra Palace in London from Sunday 15 December to Friday 3 January.
First-round matches will take place from 15-21 December, with each day also featuring at least one second-round tie.
All second-round matches will be completed before Christmas Day, with the third round beginning on 27 December and fourth round getting under way two days later.
The quarter-finals are on New Year's Day, with the semi-finals a day later and the final on 3 January.

The action continues daily/nightly until Monday, December 23, and then the tournament breaks for Christmas. The action returns on Friday, December 27, and the daily/nightly routine continues until Monday, December 30. There are no matches on New Year’s Eve, but we’re back on Wednesday, January 1, with four quarter-final encounters. The semi-finals take place on Thursday, January 2, with a best-of-13 sets final scheduled for the following night (Friday, January 3). Throughout the PDC World Darts Championship, afternoon sessions will commence at 12:30 pm (GMT), and night sessions will get underway at 19:00 (GMT).
Last year saw the emergence of teenage sensation Luke Littler, with the then-16-year-old making it all the way to the final during his debut appearance. Littler stunned everyone, but he couldn't quite get over the line, with Luke Humphries proving to be too good for the Warrington-born player.
However, he'll be back and will be determined to go that one step further, while Humphries will be out to defend his title.
But they won't be the only attractions, with all of darts' top players set to take their place on the oche in north London.
